Default Prairie 650 noise

I recently bought a 01 Prairie 650 4x4. Its my first quad, and I think its pretty inpressive. The only thing is there is a noise when I shift into 4x4, and when I slow down. The noise sounds like something engaging electrically. It sounds normal(I have no Idea) but I still want to know what it is. Also how about some input on what you think of adding a lift to this quad. The good and the bad........

The electric motor noise is normal, when you are coming to a stop or going slow that noise is the electric brake in the clutch, the noise when you are going into or out of 4x4 is the front diff engager. They both look the same, small motor on the clutch case and front diff. Welcome to the club, make certain you go to NYROC's web site and join so you can read all the tips
