Default Where is the radiator cap located on the BF650??

I have an '05 BF650.

All I wanted to do was flush out all of my coolant and put in some aftermarket stuff (Engine Ice). Sounded simple enough to me but my bike has been apart for two days now trying to figure this out.

KissofDeath's website has some very helpful photos under the Mods section (Key Change mod) in terms of how to drain the coolant. He also recommended to take the radiator cap off when draining. Okay, so the draining part seems easy enough, but I'll be damned if I haven't taken every plastic panel off my bike looking for the radiator cap and I still don't see it. I'll obviously need to get to it to fill the radiator back up.

Do I have to take the top panel off? I think I'm in over my head. I can see why the manual says to take the bike to a dealer to have the coolant changed.

Thanks for the help in advance.

On the Prairie its in front of the handlebars under a little plate that pops off, but you shoud really add the fluid to the overflow tank next to the oil filler dipstick

Sammydogs, thanks.

I finally found the radiator cap. Don't I need to put coolant directly into the radiator?

If you are just topping the system off, you add to the overflow tank, if you are replacing the entire contents yo pu it in the radiator
