heyy i was just wondering what would be better a 2000 lakota, or a 2000 mojave both running fine, what would be faster and more reliable. thanks

 

well the mojave will have more mid to top power because its a DOHC 4 valve liquid cooled engine so its more sport oriented but the extra 40cc's that the lakota has kinda keeps everything even but the mojave also has a lighter engine and is lighter overall becasue it is kick start where the lakota is electric and besides the diffirent engines they have the exact same chasis pritty much and the mojave might be a little more high mantinence because its a higher performance engine.....their both good though.....i'd ride both and see what feels better for you.......id go into more detail but this has been discussed over and over, do a search and see what you come up with-

 

the mojave is a full manual while the lakota is an auto clutch (you just shift it, don't have to work the clutch)

 

Dedpends wehre yer priorities are. I have both, and while I've uncorked my Mojave a good deal more than I have my Lakota, the mojave will run circles around it. If yer older and not up for all ***** out riding all the time then I'd say the Lakota is for you. In contrast, if racing and aggressive sport riding is your bacg, then the Mojave fits the bill............
