I just purchased all new holeshot tires for my mojave you know the combo deals they have in the magazines.Well the rears are 20-11-10`s and the fronts are 22-7-10`s.When I ordered them I said I wanted 21-7-10 for the front the guy told me I should go with the 22 inch on the front instead.I took his advise I think the front tires look alittle too big after i put them on.My question is.Is this a good combination for the front tires to be that much bigger than the rear? What advantage or disadvatage is there?

There isn't any harm done with a larger tire in front than in the rear. Unless of course if the quad is a 4x4 then it will matter.

One advantage that I can think of for having a taller front tire would be increased ground clearance.

Bigger front tires raise the front end and put more weight on the rear tires and giving the rear better traction. They also absorb bumps better because there is a taller sidewall to absorb the hits through. There only disadvantage is slightly slower turning and it raises the center of gravity making your machine more prone to tipping. You may not be able to notice these differences between the stock 21" and those 22" tires but I noticed it when I switched from stock to 23" Razr's and there was a huge difference between the Razr's and my 19" grooved radials I have now.
