KFX400 THROTTLE STICK PROBLEMS

Default KFX400 THROTTLE STICK PROBLEMS

I got a 2005 kfx400 my throttle sticks and i think the sensor on the side is what is making it stick. i want to know if anyone else has the same problem an if they know how to fix it or knows what the sensor does and if it is possible that i can just remove it. lemme know

Default KFX400 THROTTLE STICK PROBLEMS

Goop and gunk gets in the cable and can cause this, it is probably just time to get a good cable luber and get to cleaning.

the cable pulls smoothly and i did lube it up. it had this problem a time before and i brought it in and there was asand or something in the slide. this time i think it may be the sensor but i may just bring it in again.
