I would assume the P700 and the BF750. The 750 has, obviously a larger engine and IRS. The P700 has a SRA which allows it to handle much like a sport quad which a lot of people really enjoy. It also uses struts up front vs. the BF's double A arm set up.
The Outy is most closely comparable to the BF750. It's not really fair to compare it to the P700.
The Outy seems like a decent quad and the people who have them seem happy so far.

independant rear suspension / Solid Rear Axle I myself would buy the brute and keep the money saved to add all your goodies to it... for what you save with the brute force you could buy wheels and tires, shocks and a 800 kit .

another difference between the two is: people that ride the BF750 bitch more than the the people that ride Prairies. good bad or indifferent, I see a lot more complaints about the Brute.

Dont forget the awesome 650 eng that kawi has, that started all the V- twin hype,Kawi now has a 650 BF IRS, the factory says the suspension on the IRS 650 is much better than that of the BF 750, due to the different geometry set up on the IRS.The Kawi techs also took some weight out of the gears in the eng. to increase the power to weight ratio and make up for the weight of the IRS. I am very excited to see one at my local Kawi dealer , but they say that they are not going to order any til some 750 's get sold , they do have a lot of them.Just a thought, oh I cant believe that DIRT WHEELS picked the polaris 800 over the bomb 800. I rode with one of those bombs on the HATFIELD- Mc COY trails and none of us could keep up with him, I thought that thing was awesome.

I got the Brute because it was the biggest engine available at the time, if the Sportsman 800 was available I would have got that. I don't know about the Outlander, it sounds like a real nice bike. I wish I could buy them both . The Brute, with a few mods, is a real nice quad. It's powerfull as all get out and its quick and fast too. The downside is that the airbox design can let grit into the engine at times so I just dont hit it hard in the wet/deep mud. some guys are snorkelling them or adding an inner fender shield. I believe my Brute, with the CDI box and clutch kit mods, will beat a stock Outlander 800, time will tell.
