Default Grass Drags, which tires?

I'm not sure of the weight but Nanking Litefoots, may be one of the lighter radials ( in utility size tires )... or in sport quad tires... I think both Maxxis & Dunlop have a radial sport quad tire out this year... not sure of the weights on them either...

Default Grass Drags, which tires?

Alltoys,
Yes, I have raced with my 22" tires against other quads with 25"/26" tires. Surprisingly, my top speed was only 1 mph less than with my 25" bearclaws...I think the lighter weight of the 22" tires/rims helps in that dept.

As far as heads up competition with my 22" tires, I ended up 3rd place (out of 8 quads) last summer in a sand drag race event (during a local ATV Rodeo). My best time was equal to the best time of a BF750 (but he took 2nd and I took 3rd b/c his best time occurred in the final round and mine occured in the 1st round). We both lost to a P700 with stock tires. Darn those stock tires! They seem to be hard to beat b/c of their very light weight! I think I would have done better with my 25" bearclaws on that sand drag strip b/c I now realize that those 22" holehots off a V-force are lousy in sand/loose dirt.

Happy trails...
