you can run 20 inch rears or 22's.....you can also go up to 23's on the front.....you can get a 36mm carb with excellant gains for $145

 

Sorry for hijacking the thread. But where can i find the 36mm carb kit. I found a 38mm pe carb kit by dg would this work as good or better. Im also looking at two dg exhausts dg xcellator & dg xcellator stage III which one would provide more performance.

 

for the $$$ the dg pipes are deffinatly not worth it, i used to have one and the flange bent all the time and the chrome discolors and looks like crap after a while and then my spark arrestor got busted and dg wanted 150 bucks for a new one which is crazy, the quality of their stuff is deffinatly going down hill.......go with a big gun, they are ceramic coated which is sweet or if you dont feel like spending the $ on a big gun get a white bros slip on they are also decent for the price they cost....you could get a brand new one 130 on ebay......as far as the carb thats just a 38mm kehin which is too big for a stock mojave or maby even a modded one if you are just trail riding.........you could get the 36mm mikuni and many other mojave parts at CWR.....www.cycleworksracing.net , the owner is a nice guy and will set you up with whatever you need to make ur mojave rip.......feel free to ask anymore ??? if you have any

 

I found a lonestar axcalibar axle . Would this work? I couldnt find info on it, but it indicates it fits. Thanks for the info on cwr it hepled alot.

 

where did you find the axcalibur? Was it the one on ebay because they dont make them any more for the mojave.......they are a sweet axle and have a true lifetime warrenty unlike durablue and they are a real good quality......I would deffinatly take one over my durablue but dont get me wrong the durablues are great axles too.....the lonestar is just one step up

 

is the lonestar adjustable....right now i'm finding 2 ways to change my rear width....1. the spacers on the axle...swapping them....and then turing the rim around (the offset makes it narrower with them flipped) i found it quite handy for woods

 

Yea dont go with a DG exhaust at first i liked it and all but the more i rode my quad and everything i realized that it was not worth the $320 i spent...i didnt get much power gain, mostly noise and its just a cheap pipe that DG through together...ive been really thinkin about go with a Big Gun lately...as for tires i would go with maxxis...stay away from ITP they ware out really quick and there little pricey i think...i personally love my razr 2's they hook up great in anything mud, snow, and even ice...i went with 22's in the back for more ground clearence to cuz i ride alot of rough trails...i dont know where your lookin at tires but rockymountainatv.com has decent deals on tires...

 

Yeah I heard to go with the big gun full exhaust. I went to the rockymountainatv site they do have good deals on tires. I do love the maxxis razr 2 but i was interested on the kenda klaws xc 22x7x10 front & 22x11x10 rear .190 all around douglas. I do alot of trail riding.
