I recently acquired my dad's 300 4x4. This ATV will be used for hunting only. My question is:

Is there a different rack that will go on it? The plastic one is not very good for hunting and attaching my gun boot to. He has the extensions but they look stupid. I saw both a prairie 300 2x4 and a 400 4x4 that had the metal racks and I wondered if they were interchangeable. You guys are the experts and I would get an answer quicker here than the dealership. Thanks

 

I am pretty sure a 300 and 400 are the same so they should interchange with no prob. Check the aftermarket companies. Tucker Rocky has some cool hunting stuff.

 

I have a prairie 300, and i hunt alot, every kind of hunting possible, and i jsut took my plastic off the rack, it really dont look that bad!!!!...that fixed my problem....
