I wll be going to White River Juction, VT in a few days. I think that HK Powersports might get some business unless I find some where else along the way. Has anyone ever bought from Kissell Motor Sports in State College, PA. I saw on ATV Trader that they have the BF 750 for $6,199 (uknown if that is OTD) then I found Honda East in MAUMEE, OH has it for $6,721. Let me know if any of you have had dealings with either of these two. If I buy from out of state should I have to pay tax and reg. it in that state, Esp. since I do not have to have it reg. in NC?

why would you pay $7,100 in NH when you can pay $6,399 in NY? a friend of mine bought a Vinson over there, they do a large volume and sell 'em cheap, he was very satisfied. each state is different in there recreational vehicle laws, here in MA you can buy out of state and avoid the sales tax by not registering, you just can't drive the machine on public property. mine stays on private property so it isn't an issue for me, I bought in NY myself and never paid the sales tax. check the NC laws.

peace

Thanks zerowick. I guess I missed your first post. I will be calling in the morning to see if they can have it ready for me this week when I'm going through. One other question. My wife and I travel all over the country working so would I have to do anything other than adjust the carb. for riding in areas with the diff. altitudes?

you may want to get an EFI machine if that is a concern, however, if you are stuck on the BF then it may be benificial to install a dial- a -jet so you can externally adjust the carb for different altitudes. don't know much about the dial- a -jet product but perhaps someone else does and can advise you on wether it is even necessary. good luck.

peace

yup, believe it, go over there, sign the papers, put the machine in your truck, and you're outta there. don't know how they are for service after the sale, but who cares, most people are just buying it there and then getting the machine serviced where they live, locally.

I've been watching this thread for a quite a few days now. Probably within a week or two I will also be purchasing a new BF750. The pricing here in WI isn't anything near what I am seeing posted here in the thread. I would by the machine in a heartbeat if I could pricing like that dealership in NY at $6199! The best pricing I can find so far is $6800 and thats after the $200 rebate.

I already came across a sweet deal on brand new ITP 14" XTRs for the machine I haven't even purchased yet.

Still looking for better pricing....

Call Scott Johnson at Honda East Toledo in Maumee, OH. I bought my 05 BF 750 with 2500 warn winch installed and 26" ITP Mudlites with type C rims for $7,020 otd!!!! Right now they have an 05 BF 750 for $5899. That price includes prep, frieght. If you're not an Ohio resident you don't even pay sales tax. The only additional cost is $70 for paperwork. I think they have 06 BF 750's for $6,499. You won't beat there prices anywhere!

http://troycitygarage.com/atvs.htm

Best prices I've seen on the internet:
'06 BF 750 $6549
'06 BF 650i $6249
'06 BF 650 $5699

Check out the above site for great pricing in the Troy/Albany NY area. I didn't buy from them but I used their prices as leverage when buying my '06 BF 650i. I paid $6000 for it and got a free service manual and 20% off my first purchase of accessories and 10% off thereafter.

Good Luck
