Ok so the actuator went to hell on our 04 P700. I finally went to ron ayers (thanks to this board for all their help finding the problem and the cheapest replacement part) and got a new one. Got it installed and the dash no longer flashes back and forth between 2wd and 4wd, it just says 2wd. So I start it up and get it warmed up, start rolling and try to hit the 4wd switch. The switch goes, the display stays with 2wd and so does the driveline. I'm confused now as to what the problem is, I'm fairly sure everything was reinstalled correctly. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

 

I hate KAWI electronics-----try the belt reset procedure--if this dont work, unplug the black actuauator box (next to the battery on the 360) and reattach it and see if it makes any difference

 

Can you swap controller's with someone?
