Default help! help! copperhead question!

I ordered the copperhead yesterday. I guess that I should have read more. I take it that I need the interface to change from map 1 to 2? If so why in the hey would they not just sell it together for $50 more. Map one is useless to me I want the thing to rip not just run a little better. Why would y???? I don't know I'm confused. Where do you get the software for your pc????

You can change between map 1 and 2 with a flick of a switch on the cdi,you need the memory interface pod to customize maps or turn off and on safety limiters. You don't need the pod unless you want to customize it.
