LOL! I just soiled myself reading that.

Ok all you Kawy guys, what if your going down a hill and for some reason have to back up and you cann't go forward. Did you know that you can not engage the 4x4. Far as quick going into 4x4 650 and 700 aren't bad but the 750 take like a block. I work at a multi line shop so I have riden all of them and lots of the same ones. If I was going to deside on either the 660 yamaha or the kawy hands down I would take the 660. The 4x4 lock on the Kawy can were out if used alot and only repair is to replace the clutch pack in the front diff and it takes 5 hours Flat rate. Huge pain. If you want to watch a good video go to Polaris's web site I believe if you looked in Polaris's forum you could find the video.

you want the front end engaged WHENEVER going down a steep hill. that's the only way to keep the engine braking from making the rear tires just slide down the hill. this applies to all atvs. (or carefull ride the front brake hard all the way down)

that said, i would like an instant engagement. some day i'm gonna see what it would take to make it into a manual engaged 4x4 system. but in the mean time, i'll just keep using it how it is.

4wd systems aside, are you saying that you would rather have a Grizzly than a BF?

I considered both of these machines and choose the BF because of the 750 v twin. It is soooo sweet.

Well i decided to buy the grizzly. but not only for the 4x4 system. The dealer is close and their mechanic has a great rep. Took it up a 4500' ASL mountain tonight in 2 feet of snow and the 4x4 performed great. im sure the kawi would have worked fine too but i am happy with my decision. thanks to everyone for their honest opinions.

Congratulations on your new purchase! Next thing you need is a set of 25" Mud Lite XL's. Lol, I put them on my Bruin, and you wouldnt believe the difference they made!
