what is the cheapest and less amount of work you can do to a kfx that is pretty cheap

 

Seems like the cheapest thing everyone raves about is an ignition upgrade.

DRZE base gasket. it raises the compression about a point. Easiest and cheapest! Like $10

Full Pipe and open airbox with K&N filter
FCR Carb 39mm-41mm

Actually you really need a full pipe man!!! Seriously!!! And get an aftermarket filter and open up the airbox and rejet!


SIDE NOTE: You won't see the benefit of an ignition upgrade until you probably go with cams. The ignition's main point is that it raises the rev limiter up to 2000rpms. without cams you might never see that. Also, you should upgrade the stock springs to drze springs or aftermarket before going that high, otherwise you might float a valve.
