I got a 20% coupon from kawasaki for genuine products from kawasaki. They apoligized for it taking so long to get my 360 fixed for the recall. Did you guys get this letter. Now, what should i get, haha[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Even better...I received the same letter stating that my steering recall was recently completed. Only one problem, I traded my 04 prairie for an 06 BF 750 about 4 months ago? I was very ticked-off about the recall problems, but when I looked around I really didn't like anything as much as the BF. I considered the Bomb 800, but decided it was way too much $$$. I probably would have dropped Kawi for good if anything else had impressed me-I think the recall has been handled very poorly!

I agree with you Guzzler2 This recall is being handled very poorly. I've been on a list for 4 Months now and the dealer still doesn't Know when they'll get me in.

I just got that letter yesterday. Take it in to the dealer for a new quad-----oh, wait, you can only spend more money on Kawi accessories. Since they probably mark up close to 20%, they aren't really giving anything back.

 

HAHA, im sure you right. Im still gonna but their aluminum a-arm gaurds.

 

I went to my dealer a couple weeks ago and asked if mine was included, they said yes and bring it in whenever. They had the parts there and I had the machine back in a week. Is it the dealers or kawi thats dropping the ball on this one?

 

Your recall i think was for the tie-rods not the knuckles
