Your welcome.
I had to wait a couple of weeks to get the service manual. Dealer ordered it but it has been worth the bucks and wait.
Their are some great areas to ride in Washington and Oregon particularly if you have access to private land. We use our quads primarily for work on the farm with a little sport riding. I have been thru most of the western states and would like to take a few months to explore each of them. Since I retired it seems I am busier than when I worked full time what with helping the kids remodel kitchens and such.
Hope you are able to get the speedo in and working with no problems.</end quote></div>
The service manual your referring to- not the clymar one, but the $75 one, is that right? BTW, anyone have any pics of the finished install of the speed/ odometer..........

ok, first of all I'm a newbie here.....great site!!!! I just completed the speedometer install on my 2005 Prairie 360. My question is....how do you keep the speedometer snug in the plastic case? Mine keeps working itself up and out. It seems to not have enough room with the throttle and brakes cables taking up most of the space so these tend to puch the unit out of the case. Make any sense?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Glad this old thread was still hanging around
Bought a 2005 Prairie recently and was toying with the idea of installing a speedometer. The instructions in this thread made it sound like an easy DIY project and they were spot on.
Anyone who took part in the thread that is still on here ....Thanks!
