Default ATR's or ?

I am wondering what other tire (if any) has the traction of the Holeshot ATR? My concernes are 1. Traction 2. durability 3. price.

I may be looking at a tire wheel combo if the price is right.

Thanks
Chris

i think terrain type plays a big part here. if you are looking at ATR's then you are riding mostly dry/wet hardpack maybe some snow? ATR's seem great for all-around performane minus mud i think. radials cost a little more but give a better ride and maybe a little more traction because you get a wider foot print. mudlite XTR's seem a great all around tire, durable, good traction, but expensive & heavy. bighorns, not as good in the mud but very durable, very expensive. theres itp wetlands, sort of like the XTR's. carlise badlands radials seem really good for the price but not as durable, but a very smooth tire. if you ride a little more mud then maybe mudbugs or gators are very good tires, great in mud, decent on the trail. only complaint i've seen with the ATR's is the durability. as for wheels, you dont get any lighter than the stock rims but they arnt as strong as cast alum i think. any questions ask away but i'm no einstein
