Hey BFB, Got my 650 back from the dyno doc today and man she runs great. Turns out my needles were lean and mains to rich. Needles are now on the 5th notch and mains are 132 and 136. Interestingly the mix screws are setup differently on each carb. I haven' t counted yet as I really don't want to mess with them because it is running so good. looks like the front carb is set at about 3-3 1/2 turns out and the rear is at about 2 turns. I didnt know what to expect regarding dyno numbers considering I've seen some mildly modded 750's on these forums dyno aroung 33-39hp. Mine came in at 35.5hp so I was pretty impressed. I'm assuming those are pretty good numbers for a 650. Hope your having good luck with yours.

Good news! I knew the Dynojets weren't as untuneable as everyone seems to think they are.

I got mine back from the dyno with a killer run, 43.3hp with flat track tires on it. was at 37 with my mudders. on the down fall I cant get the dyna to work with mine. turns out it was the CDI's, ordering the VDI in june, till then its back to a moose module. it works pretty well on stock exaust and such, the studder is there but not real noticible, but with a highflow exaust and snorkels it was horrible. my fuel line was straight as an arrow the whole run. so thankfully my tuning was right where I thought it was and I wasnt losing my mind lol
