low speed noise
#1
I just purchased a brute force 750, and at slow speed it makes a random noise kind of like when you switch from two wheel drive to four wheel.( The short whine sound,) Is that the sound they make when the engine is doing the electronic braking? Is this sound normal?

i also bought a new 750 but i realized a sound just when i take off sort of like a clicking noise like something is engageing then when i slow down to stop it will do it a few more times, is this normal or is it just the same question as the first?

My BF 650 has the "clicking" noise to it at lower speeds and when going downhill and giving it gas and then coasting. Probably the KEBC system noise.

The drive shafts also click when you go from accelerating, to coasting, to kebc. Sometimes it sounds like rocks hitting the inside of the fenders. Try rocking it back and forth while the engine is off. You will hear the shafts knocking around down there.

I live in the Uk and have jsut bought the red Kawasaki KVF 360, mine also make that wierd noise from the right side by boot. It does it like everyone elses, is it causing any problems or damage?
Also, the ECU or chip seems to have done something by not leaving the green neutral light when in neutral. Is there a way of resetting the computer on it as my dealer wants to rip me off with doing this.
Thanks Rob
