Default V-Force Coolant

I am going to change my coolant in my 2004 V force before I go to the Dunes later, and I was curious on everybodys thoughts on what to use. I have read good things about Engine Ice so that is the route I was going to go. Also, do i need to flush the coolant system somehow or just drain it and fill it up with Engine Ice? Last thing is how much is it going to take, a gallon or more? Thanks

yeah, engine ice works really good. just drain the system the best you can and dump it in there. as for how much you use, i'm not sure. my brute force service manual says 2.2 L or 2.3 qts. i'd imagine you would be close to that but you might wanna check. i think engine ice comes in 1/2 gallon containers so you would probably need 2 bottles of it.
