If price was no option, which one would you get? They are both 07s. Does the 07 750 have better handeling? or is it the same as the 05s?

I thought I wanted a 650i, but my local dealer has to trade for one in camo, that I want, and he is willing to sell me an NRA 750 for only 150more. It(750i) will include mudlite tires......the 650i would include the Moose CDI chip and mudlites tires.

Which one? I need to tell him today.

If it was my call I would go for the NRA 750. I have heard that the 07's handling was improved.

It's a pretty smok'in deal on the NRA.....7500. He will upgrade the tires and if I want trade out the camo wheels for black ones. I'm not to fond of the camo wheels. He wouldn't throw in the Moose chip...said he was just about at cost to him.

The 650i isn't that bad a deal either, it included the same tires, and the Moose chip for 7350.

I just don't know if the 750 is really an advantage. It doesn't seem to handle as well, the 650i with the chip is dang near as or faster than the stock 750.........

Does the 650 get better gas milage? My FIL's gets about 18mpg. I'd settle for that if I can get it out of the 750.

i have not read for sure anywhere that the '07 750 has the handling improvements from the 650i. i don't think it does, or it would have the lower ground clearance like the 650i.
the Kawasaki Canada site shows the 750 with 5.5*caster and 28mm trail, while the 650i has 2.0*caster and 10mm trail.

if i had to do it, i'd get the 650i. they seem less sensitive to jetting problems, and their clutches are set up better IMO.

so i vote for 650i. i paid about what a 750 would cost for my camo 650i and would do it again.

there are a lot of factors here like if you plan big power mods or mud mods, the 750 would be the choice, but for leaving somewhat stock, i think the 650i is best.

i can get 80+ miles or so per tank (5.2 gal) on average trail around here which is mostly low range.

I have also read that the '07 750's are different from previous years. I think my '06 handles just fine. You can tell it is a IRS machine with alot of power and a lighter front end . That's the main difference I see from my P650.
Ride them both and decide from there. I like the clearance and power and I will always buy the bigger of the two.

It sounds like a great deal on a NRA version no matter what it is.
