Default 650i +vdi vrs 750i stock

I am buying my atv tomorrow and wanted to know if I would be better off with the 650i + vdi or the 750 without the vdi .

I only have 7500 to spend right now. I can get the black 07 750 for 7400 otd, or the black 07 650 for 6900 otd. I think this is a good price with tax.

Would the 650 vdi have the same power as a stock 750 or maybe more ???. The 650 should run cooler with the vdi and get better gas mileage also. I just want to make sure it will have at least the same power as a stock 750.

My freind is buying a 06 750 at the same time so we will see witch one is faster stock . I have been waiting to get a 4x4 for years to go along with my v-force. after riding nyrocs kawi I was hooked

how do the compare on take off with each other stock. i would think the 750 would have more low end for sure and then they would run side by side.

650i/vdi. have you ever read of a 650i owner wanting to trade for 750?

really this is splitting hairs, tho. these are very close to the same.

montyh i don't think he really raced a 650, there is no way a 750 beat it by 10 lengths. 2 maybe at most from what i have read and only on the launch.

ten percent more compression does wonders. the 750 does have about 3 HP more from what i have read (CARB numbers), so the VDI should make more than that up. it is still not a huge upset either way.

It was way more than two bikes length, Afterwards i let the guy ride my bike a bit and he admitted that the 750 ran much stronger throuhgout. I did not bother to ride his. All that was done to my bike at the time was the pink primary spring.
