The mark on the exhuast cam sprocket should be lined up with the top of the head facing forward of the quad and the intake mark on the sprocket should be about 3 degrees up from being level of the head facing to the rear of quad, (one tooth up from level with head). All being done at top dead center which is the t mark lined up with the cut out on the case in the little hole where the plastic plug you take out of the mag case. Im 17 years old and do it. It should be simple for you if you understand me correctly. The kick starter should be a breeze to fix. Pm me if you have trouble.
