Everyone says this??? Why is it that my Suzuki KQ's quality is very good, good as in on par with a Honda and definitely as good or better than a Kawasaki....I'll show you a lot of happy King Quad owners on Nyroc's King Quad forum. Take it from someone that has a King and doesn't abuse it like myself, it's high quality bike and I haven't had anything break or any problems in 1300 miles of riding it......Kawasaki isn't any better quality than a Suzuki they are virtually the same in overall quality, I've seen this on the trail with several Kawi's I ride with none of us usually have a problem.

 

Common you guys aren't making my decision any easier. There is a dealer that sells Suzuki and Kawi nearby so I guess I'm going to have to check them both out for myself. I'm going to try to get there tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find.

 

Interesting to say the least. I haven't seen a KQ have a faster top speed faster than a BF750i. But, that is not to say the KQ is bad. That is a tough question between the BF650i and the KQ b/c you have to decide if the KQ EFI is that important to you. I would have to say it would come down to the deal you could get.

Handling = KQ
Low Power = BF650i
Mid Power = BF650i
Top Power = Equal

I'm just giving my opinion that's what javano asked for isn't it?, just b/c you disagree you call people names...hmmm...how old are you?? 10 or 11? You can stick up for your Brute's power all day I don't care b/c once the going get's tough and rough on the trail the King outshines the Brute all day long with it's FAR superior ride and handling... and EFI vs. carb lets not even go there with all the gas I save, the King's power will be nearly equal to V-twins once the King get's the VDI Copperhead this October so then what will be your put down? I'm sure you'll find one b/c you have to bash the KING to feel good about your Brute. Sad sad sad.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

Just like you are giving YOUR opinion, so is everyone else. I personally like the KQ and think it is a very good quad. It has slightly better handling than the BF750 and the EFI helps with cold weather and altitude. However, we don't have to "bash" your KQ to make us feel better about our Bf's. We like our b/c of various reasons, but mostly is the power is better. And, if you want to get the new VDI to help with the power, that's great, but it might only be close to the BF power. If you want to compare apples to apples, in stock form, the BF750 has more HP and torque than the KQ. If you want to mod the KQ to help it catch up in the power area, do the same for the BF so the comparison will be apples to apples. Then you will see that the vtwin design produces mre HP and torque.

 

Blacknight was not giving his opinion, he was name calling like a little girl and refering to the King Quad as Queen and I don't think that's respecting my opinion.

And in stock form I agree the BF 750 is more powerful than the King, but the biggest reason why is b/c the King is so detuned, worse than the Kawi V-twins, Lyle from VDI has said so himself....V-twins have their advantages in making power but a 695cc dohc single with EFI can still put out a lot of power when properly tuned so the difference isn't going to be as big as you guys think it is.

 

umm..... yes it is still going to be a big difference. no matter how much you post about it and defend the king(lol) bottom line is its a dog. if you wanna run with the kawies so bad buy a bomb bro.
