Is it practical to store your atv battery rather than leaving it in the quad, because the atv runs aight with the battery out of it. I ride it about once ever 2-3 weeks and when I go out the battery is usually close to dead anyways. should I just leave it inside during winter and just use the pull start to save on the battery? thanks.

i have had my bayou 185 about 3 weeks, and have left the battery in it. it dosen't seem to start after i haven't used it in awhile, but after a couple of seconds of giving it gas, it starts just fine. in my opinion it dosen't matter, but thats my opinion, and it may not be the best thing.
