Default Tire Size Advice For A 05 BF 750i

O.K Cool. I just changed my order to 27's.

-Now for the bad news. Went riding local today on a long time constrction site (private property ) that we been going to for the past 30 years. Well...the Department of Conservation enforced (at the owners request) a no tresspassing offense. Me & my buddies brand new Grizz both got impounded !!! Along with the impound fee about $150.000...three other tickets. Tresspassing. No registration. No insurance. I get the quad back tomorrow...but this leaves no place here on LongIsland to ride. Period.

All my riding will be out of state on rough terrain & the ground clearnce of the 27's along with there durability is what I need. Thx Guys. Pics of new setup next weekend. Thx again Monty.

I run 27" tires on my 650i, and I dont have any issues. I dont do much hill climbing, but every other kind I do with no problems.

Superbash, It's a bummer that you lost your riding place and that you have to go out of state. As an FYI - I've ridden lots of times at Tower City in PA, and I was recently as Paragon. I like the terrain much better at Paragon, and no coal dust, and it's cheaper by $10 a day if you don't take an annual membership.

I have 28's on mine and love them. Gives me much more clearance. This past weekend went out and where the 25's werent enough to go over the logs, mine had no issues. Where the otherone teeder toddered on the hill, mine just went over it. I bought it as it sits, but it doesnt seem to have any power loss due to the mods done to it. It still has a lot of power, enough to pull wheelies in high range even while rolling forward at a decent speed!!

I received my swamp lites and wheels yesterday 11/21/06. I had class at 5:30 and got home from work at 3:30. I had the old set off, and the new set on in 30 minutes, and got a short test ride in. The 27's look great on my quad, and are very aggressive looking. The tread is 1.25 inches deep. My old tires were .5 inches. Big difference. My brother-in-law and I are going riding tomorrow after turkey. I plan to take it slow to get used to the new feel. So far I am pretty jazzed!
