Hey deerchopper,
I have the bearclaws in 25 10X12's on Type C black wheels at all four corners. They are actually about 1-1/2 or 2 inches shorter than the stock tires on my 06 Bf750. They are a very durable tire in my opinion though. The shorter diameter does add some sense of better acceleration and makes up for the added wieght when compared to the stockers. Ride quality really went down the tube though. They are very stiff in the sidewall and all the little bumps and wash-outs in the trail are much more harsh than the with the stockers. Traction is good for an all around tire. I ride in the the central deserts of Arizona and just about everything has a sticker, spin or barb on it and I have yet to suffer from a flat.
There are better tires I'm sure but I only have ridden with the stock tires and the bearclaws. I hope that helps a little.
