raptor 700 vs. kfx 700
hey guys
i have a06 kfx700 and i love it you can speculate about which bike is faster or a better ride, but the truth is it makes a huge difference if you are a big guy or an average guy. i am 280 and 6ft3 and i cant ride a raptor and be comfortable. i saddle up my vforce and its on. i searched and searched and my neighbor and ggod friend bought a 07 raptor se orange and black, it is probably the sexiest bike ever made but i wouldnt trade mine for 2 of them, doesnt mean its not a great bike its just not for me. i have dual hmfs magnum cdi box, rear wheel spacers and i can motocross it or cross country it, drag it, mud it, or hill climb it and it has never failed me yet. i also have a prairie 300 i bought new in 99, i have only spent 250 dollars on it, no complaints, my raptor 350 has cost me a fortune and its an 05, maybe the kawi can take a little more abuse. the prairie was my first atv and i didnt take real good care of it.
my advice would be go set on both bikes maybe even ride them and you will be able to make your decision, good luck and happy trails
