I am looking to replace my bumper with a stronger one on my 2004 TwinPeaks 700 AKA Prairie 700. I damaged mine (folded the right tube completely in) so I dont want a bumper overlay like the Warn, I want a complete replacement. Anyone have any suggestions or pictures of what they have? Much thanks in advance.

 

Unfortunately you are not able to get rid of the tube bumper unless you actually cut it off. I bent mine the same way and thought the same thing. I do have the Warn bumper on it now and it looks better, I'll see what I can dig up for a pic of the front of it. I plan to cut the bent tube off, just haven't really had time to plan it so it looks decent.

 

Hmm, ok. Yes, please post a couple picture somewhere. The bumper topic was discussed but no one ever posted anything with pictures or links that are active today. Is it stronger though? Thinking to use the current bolt up, cut out the current tubing and use some .095 wall 1.75" tubing in its place. Let me see the Warn or anything anyone else may have.

Anyone have any pics of bumpers they have put on thier Prairie or Twin Peaks? Or any links to a site?

Check out kawieriders for pics. I have seen some aftermarket and homemade bumpers for the kawie 700 prairie and since the suzuki 700 twin peaks is the same bike, they will work.
