I'm still trying to decide between a Suzuki Vinson, Honda Rancher, and the Prairie. Today the dealer offered $5100 OTD on the Prairie. How does this compare to what other folks are seeing? I plan to haggle some more but I'd like to know what is a fair deal for both of us.

sounds like a good price to me. mine was like 6200 otd with a 24 month extended warranty.
im very happy with the bike. its been a good one. love the diff lock and low end power. think it looks great also.

 

It sounds okay but it is only about $400 off MSRP. I got an 06 with 2 quad trailer in Nov for $5500.

 

I have a feeling they'll come down some more. The way I left it, the salesman was going to see what more they could do and call me back next week. BTW, I let them know that I had an offer for a new '06 Honda Rancher 4x4 ES for $4500 OTD. I'm not trying to play them against each other (well not too much anyway), but I'd like to see the Kawi at or better than that price to make me choose it. They each have their good points but if I have to I'll go with the best deal.

 

Here in Canada I paid $6900 Cdn. which works out to $5,800 USD for an '07 360 Prairie (In Canada it's called a KVF 360)
