tunning help

Hey Guys,
Dropped my bike off at the dyno shop to be tuned yesterday went back today and It was a dissaster,
the guy who runs the shop told me that he had been working on it all day and could not get the front cylinder to richin up. currently the rear jetting is at 165 and fuel mixture is 12.5 all the way thru the pull I think that is good right ? now the current jetting on the front is 195 and it is lean as hell he has added shims under the needle i think he told me 15 thousands and still dangerously lean. my Dyno guys does a great job around here and has tunned a couple of V's with no problem so i trust him. He is confused and made some suggestions....1st repack exhaust says that they are just about empty{ just bought them used } 2nd check valves make sure not to tight.....3rd He wants me to buy A dyno jet kit and i know that you guys think they stink. my Mods are 12 hole mod and HMF duals uni air filter
