My friend, when I say straight shooter, that means "you say it like it is, no bu__ Sh__ aside" it's a friggin compliment.... I hope that's not a proplem ? I've always appreciated your responces, don't go mid-northern on me know.

Depends on what you're looking for. When I was shopping for an ATV I wanted as much utility and capability as possible. It was mandatory that the machine have 4wd and the ability to mount a winch. I also wanted as much speed and handling as possible. The Wolverine 450 is it.

For the trails I ride, the Wolverine is plenty fast. You are rarely able to touch 40mph and when you do it's for a split second. I rode my buddies Raptor 660R for a while and you are only able to see about 20% of it's capability out there (if even that!). Not to mention you have to navigate around the deep mud holes. Where's the fun in that?

I would seriously consider the KFX 700 as a second quad, though. I've heard one with a dual exhaust setup and it was the best sounding quad I've ever heard.

I am actually trading my KFX off next week. I love the bike but its just time for a change. I want a manual tranny and a little lighter bike. I got an 07 Raptor 700 SE, Black and orange paid for yesterday, I just gotta go get it next week. Sad to see my V go, its been a good bike!
