I have a few questions on 02 650
1. Sometimes when u cut the wheels deep i hear a rubbing noise just for a second!
any ideal what that might be?
2. last week i got oil and filter to change the oil Local Kali Dealer told me a v-twin holds 4 quarts of oil but checked says it holds 2.05 liters that comes up to abit over 2 quarts from what ive seen on the charts online, that about right? not changed it yet.
3. how often should the oil and filter be changed prolly just ride it 4 hours max week if that but miles/hours wise what do u guys suggest?
4. what about coolant kali dealer told me just use 50/50 antifreeze that correct? and air filter replacement :}

I think your dealer is a quart low. Mine takes a little over 2qts for an oil change. I change mine about once every 750 miles, but i use Amsoil Synthetic Oil. With regular oil, i think its 300-500 miles per change. I reccomend a good synthetic oil, like Amsoil 0-40 fourstroke oil. I just flushed my radiator, and 50/50 is fine. Some people do a little more water than antifreeze for better cooling, but i dont reccomend it. As for air filters, its up to your riding and checking it. I use a K&N filter, and just clean it periodically and oil it. Just check it and clean/replace it when it gets dirty.
