i have owned this machine since brand new. service right when i should the works! last weekend i flooded it in the river. i pulled the wheeler out of the water drained all the water let it sit and dry over night(about 24hrs) the next day it fired right up and it ran great for about 5 hrs. brought it home washed it up and the next day it wouldn't start. i changed the plugs only to find out that i'm getting no spark. is there something else i should be checking? actually i'm at a lose and don't know what to do next. any info would be great thanks guys.

I take it you are aware it starts only on one cyl. Things I would look at is : switch plugs back, check for water in the cap, also look at that flipping censor in the back to see if water is still in there. Also when the plugs are out pull start it and see if crap comes out the plug holes. You might find after you get spark there's water in your fuel.

Put your old spark plugs back in. The caps are the plastic things on the top of the spark plugs. The flipping sensor is a small box under the rear right fender... be carefull in identifing it, it's not the one with what looks like ripples on it. Did you also try pull starting it? The main fuse under the seat could also be dirty. it's in a small red box not the yellow white one.
