Vforce 700 good machine?

I love my buddies vforce. It is awesome. I have a ds650 and an outty 800. The vforce is a great quad. I noticed it seems to go through a tank of gas pretty quick. It is heavy if not the heaviest sportquad. Either it or the ds is the heaviest, can't remember. Plenty of power. Only trouble he ran into was rear wheel bearings.

good machine.Only problem I have is keeping the grab-bar straight and taillight been knocked off. wheelies real easy.It is heavy but I can ride it all day and it dont bother me.Wouldnt want to use it for a race bike though.I've beat the EX and suzuki 400 but I cant beat either of the raptors.

the 700 is a good bike. my friend has an 04 he put the dual yoshi pipes, filter and jet kit in it. It is a lot faster, but it will drain a tank of gas in about 4 hours of leisurly trail riding. Thats sorta sux. Wheelies are a breeze with the automatic. Nice strong frame and axle. Dont know much about the wet disc braking system, seems to work good. Good bike.

I absolutely LOVE my V. I actually sold my banshee once I bought the 700 cause the banshee never got rode anymore. raptors are nothing for me, but im not exactly stock either. I've never had any real problems with gas mileage on it yet. it's a little hard but one DS650 i ride with usually uses the same or more than I do. on the trails and on the strip the 700 dominates. you will LOVE it.

ok sounds good. are they just a praire vtwin with only two wheel drive? or do they have much greater sport bike characteristics? i have a 2004 sp 500 done to the nuts and really i woudnt give it up to ride a green or orange 2wd praire if u know what i mean. i have drivin raptors ex's and so on but no real time on them so i dont have a preference on sport quads i just want to go faster lighter than my sp 500 even though she does 70+mph (scary!!!) i just find my self beating the $h!t out of the pour thing and i love auto's with power. i guess ill have to go for a test drive perhaps. also what kinda mods are there available besides pipes, air filters. i read once that u can get cdi boxes or somthing to open up the motor a bit? how much money are these and what kinda boost do they give?

Lots of power and comfy ride. If you want to do any jumping or if you trail ride at a pretty good clip consistently, the more traditional sport quads tend to be a better setup imho. Still, there are plenty of hop ups, and you can build these things to kill just about any other quad in a drag, etc.
