fuel milage on a 750 BF
OK so a guy bring in his BF 750 saying that he is getting 30 miles to 5 gallons of gas.
We took out and put on 10 hard miles and got 10 miles to the gallon. So what are you getting riding on the trails for MPG?
Only reason I ask is cause I know when I call Kawi I'm going to get the well we don't have a MPG rating. I know that if I was driving around my yard with one for an hour I would probly burn up atleast a half gallon of gas.

MPG on ATVs vary depending on many factors even more greatly than on-road vehicles...
2 or 4WD? Terrain? Heavy thump? Extra load/cargo? Big tires? Making donuts? etc..
Here is some MPG figures I measured on my 750 with zero mods (only a winch):
~10 for hard 4WD riding.
~12 for avearage mixed 2/4WD riding.
~14 for grandma style riding in 2WD only.
Above measured are from many rides, not just a one time calculation. I do this not only to find out the actual cruise range but also to monitor the engine running condition. MPG usually goes down when there is a problem.

fuel milage on a 750 BF
If you guys dont mind, would you give me some directions on how to remove the baffle to get the extra gas in the tank on an 05 BF 650? I mentioned it to my dad and he seemed to be excited about the idea but then he asked me "how". Please help me out on this cause I surely dont have an answer for this.
Thanks
