Bayou 220
#2
Hey man I have a 300 bayou. I've been told by numerous mechanics that work on 4 wheelers, the 220 is one of the toughest 4 wheelers around. I've known guys to me as hard as all get on them and there still running fine. I've heard they are really good and tough. Not very big but well enough for one person.

I purchased a 2002 220 Bayou new in Canada for $4,000.
It was a good machine, I worked it very hard...too hard and blew the clutch towing large loads of cord wood over rough terrain. I liked it but I would recommend a 4X4 if you are into any serious stuff, and it was extremely poor in snow.

My cuz has a 220 and they are awesome if you are just doing some trail riding out the woods and things like that. If you are planning on using it for towing and things like that i would suggest on getting something a little bigger or if you plan on riding in the snow!

ya, i had one before my 360. I beat the crud out of that thing and it always ran. Only prob i would ever get was getting the front brakes all wet and gunky. Other than that, one tough atv. Thounsands of miles on it.
