Best tires for KFX 400
I am aware that we all have an opinion, so all are welcome here..... What are your recommendations for tires for a 2005 KFX 400. What kind and what size???? I do not race. I am 100% trail riding in West Virginia and Georgia. I need something that handles good and is agressive enough to climb hills and hook up when I need it to. Thanks for any advice or recommendations.

Best tires for KFX 400
JS71,
We own a 05, KFX-400 and we threw a set of ITP Holeshot H-D's on it and we love em.
We use the machine to go trail riding as long as hill climbing. These holeshots are 6 ply meaning they are beefy against sharp objects. Just a little more confidence from getting a flat on the trail.
We are using the original wheels and the sizes are 22x7-10 Front, 20x11-9 Rear.
I must say that when these tires get caked up with mud nothing will save you. I think this would happen with all tires however, the Holeshots are very good for all around anything.
All in all the Holeshots have my blessing.
We bought online and had them shipped to us. Then we had them mounted.
Two thumbs up.

Best tires for KFX 400
I trail ride almost 100% of the time. My buddy suggested Kenda Sport Radial tires. I bought them today and I love them. They really hook up . The actual tire names are K548F for front and K549 rear. They dont have an actual name like Gnarly or Klaw. They are just sport radials. I am impressed so far. We will see now how long they last.....
