Default 88 mojave 250 help

i need to know the part number or name of a part is the part that clamps over the cam and the vavle cover bolts down to .....

That's because its a dealer-only part. What you want are the camshaft caps, a machined and mated part to the cylinder head.
If all you did is strip the threads for the valve cover bolt, the hole can be drilled and a helicoil insert put in to repair. Don't do this if you haven't done this before: if you drill too deep you'll ruin the part. Let someone knowledgeable do it for you.
