grizz 700 vs can-am650 vs brute force 750
The BF 750 as the most low end out of any atv. the out lander 800 is faster stock to stock. But from mid range and on not low end like the BF 750.But ride them all.It comes down to what you like and want to do with it.They all are good atv in there own place.

Since power is your main concern I'd definitely go with a V-twin, I wish my King 700 had a V-twin, I wish I would have gotten the BF 750 in other words, the big singles of the King and Grizzly just aren't much competition for the big V-twins. Also the BF's have high performance CDI's readily availble whereas the EFI machines(grizzly700/outty 650) do not and will not for a while now..b/c VDI just came through for the King after two years of waiting and it still doesn't run right. EFI is much more complicated so aftermarket companies are just afriad to make ECU's I guess.

I must then depend on the individual quad. I have raced a outy650 with my bf750 before any mods and beat him. I would think if the 650out could beat the bf750 that can-am would put it on their website as a selling point. Also, the hp numbers varry depending on who you talk to and on each bike. I have read where the bf750 hp ranges from 50.1 to 55.2 while the outy650 ranges from 51 to 54.5. Basically they are about the same, but the bf750 makes the most low end torgue.
Back to which quad to get, it is hard to say. It really comes down to your type of riding.
Steering: Hands down the griz 700
Power: Bf750 and outy 650 about the same with the 700 griz last.
Torque: BF750, then outy650, then 700 griz.
Slow Speed Handling: 700 griz, then the other two about the same.
Fast Speed Handling: 700 griz, then the other two about the same.
Comfort: 700 griz and then the other two about the same.
Towing: Due to torque, the 750bf, then the 650outy, then the 700 griz.
Realiability: All should be good depending on how the owner treats them.
Mudding: All should be good, but must get better tires.
EFI or CARB Depending on what you like, but I like the efi systems better.
4WD Systems: I like the progressive locker of the 750bf, then the 700 griz, then the outy650 last. I don't like the length of time it takes the outy650 to engauge the vis-lock although I have heard that the new outys are locking quicker.
Bottom line, get some seat time and this will tell you. However if you do get the out650, get some ski plates ASAP since there is not much covering the bottom. I own a 05 bf750 and love it, but I would take either of the other two after riding them.

Yeah, You gotta test ride the quads in your list to find out what you want. Personally I went with the Brute and have had absolutely NO regrets... I got a wicked deal... and the money I saved I put into mods... and boy..its a Beast. it really is. I use it mainly for muddin and rough trail riding.. and its seriously impressive. And do you really "need" the top end of these units? It just scares me to tell you the truth..
