hey we got the 750 going yesterday someone had jumped a wire aroundthe fuses this is the brute with the burned out igniter we fused it correctly thanks again if anyone is interested atv. galaxy has the igniter for 175.00

 

Good to hear that you fixed 750 4WD engagement problem. A lot of people think 4WD engagement problem is just due to either actuator or controller. But there is more to that problem as you found out. Controller needs 12V signal from igniter and if igniter fails (mainly due to high input voltage such as from aftermarket ICM or unfused dc input), the controller won't do any. These days igniter control more than just ignition. It's more like an ECU even on carbed engine.
