Default Need help asap!!!! 08 brute force 750

I have been working for 4 days straight on an 08 brute force 750.. It was swamped, I put new top ends on. i show 70psi on front and rear cyl. I have the timming set perfect front and rear, new plugs, and plenty of fire, and fuel... The bike fires up and runs on the front cyl. but the rear wont kick in. It sounds like its in limp mode, so i rest the comp. and the belt even though it shows no codes. The bike wont idle. I tried and idle air control off another 08 and that changed nothing. I cant think of anything else to check... Im at a complete loss... Please give me some ideas..
