Default Coolant Flush

Wow is the radiator cap hard to get at and subsequently fill. Took me like 45 minutes to put in Engine Ice two ounces at a time. Wasted about two quarts of the stuff on the ground because it kept backing up and overflowing over the filler neck on the radiator.

Why can't they put some sort of removable panel or cut out on as to much easier access the cap? The service manual shows a picture of the flush with all of the body plastic taken off. Weird.
