well since no one has and old bayou or worked on tem, could someone tell me another site i could fine the information i need? i have got some help on this forum but it takes a while to get any responces. i hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

 

I recently bought a Bayou 300 4x4. It seems to be a pretty solid quad. I haven't had to do any repairs or anything, so I can't offer much in the way of help with that.

 

I have one but havent worked on it much.What do you need to know and what year model is it?

 

I have a 300 lakota (same 300 bayou engine) and a 220 bayou. I'm in the process of rebuilding the 300 and have already rebuilt the bayou. What do you need to know?

 

Are the jet sizes different between a 1997 bayou 300 2x4 and a 1990 bayou 4x4 ?

Parts diagrams should tell the jet sizes.

 

yes they r different the 4x4 jet is going to be a little bigger
