Default trouble in the mud..overheating brute forceno

So whenever im out on my weekend events my radiator gets caked up with mud and my brute force overheats. i cant lose my front rack to mount the radiator up there, and i looked up highlifters hiflow radiator replacement and they only make it for the 750i brute forces and not 650s like mine, dims are different..so i cant do that.

i keep my radiator as clean as i can, but yall know how hard that is with no access to water. but then my fan wont turn on. itll switch on, sound like it is struggling, then shut itself back off but wont pop the breaker under my seat. its weird, itll run sometimes for a short time but not as long as it should, or act like its struggling to turn on then shut off. so i was wondering..where would the best place be to wire in a switch along my cooling fan power lines? and does anybody know exactly which color wires they are? by any chance would anyone on here have a wiring diagram for an 07 brute force 650 (not IRS)?

i just spent all day cleaning my rig and pulled all sorts of nastiness out of my radiator, but that still doesnt solve the problem of my fan not turning on. when i pulled all the guards off i looked and nothing was in the way of the fan, so that wasnt the problem. im stumped

anyone have any ideas on how to fix my problem, other than putting the fan on a manual switch? and how do yall keep your radiators clean where there is just mud and no real access to water?

thanks in advance.

Would you know if this issue was fixed in the 2008 model?

Same deal here, and my fan switches on, then off. Runs for a few seconds and then stops over and over again... Hard to fix the problem too, as it only does it ever so often.

Keep us updated if anyone figures it out.
