LCD Display not working... Belt light is also flashing...
It starts and runs if I use the pull cord, but it won't rev up because of the "SAFE MODE". Also, the electric start isn't working.
I know how to reset the belt light, but any ideas on the LCD Display? When I turn the key, nothing happens on the display.

LCD Display not working... Belt light is also flashing...
I figured it out... I had installed a new starter relay, and the relay was no good. Once I installed a good one, I reset the belt light and everything was fine...
