Default Tires?

Looking to upgrade the OEM's and just wondering what size would fill the wheel well better, without changing anything from stock and what tires (don't want real heavy mudders) are the best all round.

Was thinking about 26-10-12 (25-8-12 on now) and 26-12-12's (25-10-12 on now)?

I have 25" Bighorns. They're a great all-terrain tire. GBC Dirt Tamers are a good knock off, if the price of the Bighorns is too steep for you.

26X10-12's in the front will need some trimming of the front upper skid plate. Im running 26X9-12 mudlite XTRs and when im fully turnt and the front suspention compresses it rudds quite bad and could easily pull it right off since its not attatched by much.

I just ordered some 26" mud hogs for my 08 bf sra. cant wait to try them out they look like a good all around tire ,even though they are under the mud tire category.

I am running 25-10-12/25-12-12 Swampco Interlites and I love them so far. Rode in some pretty good mud and snow recently and they really gripped nice and best of all they weigh considerably less than Mud Lites. The treads on the Interlites really clean themselves well too. Highly recommend!

i got an '08 brute force 750i and i run 27' mud lite XTR's on 12' ITP 108 series rims.

the mud lites are awesome dude. for me they have been MORE than adequate for mud and very comfortable on pavement and packed trails.

obviously they wont be as comforatble as ...say the bighorns or other trail tires. but i have NEVER rubbed and i rock 27's.

just got back from mud nationals. went through some very bouncy, roudh stuff and they trated me very well.

I've got four brand new 27" Mudlites that have never been mounted. I have stored them for the past several months dry and out of the weather. I am selling for 225 bucks for all 4. If you live near Eau Claire, WI they are available for pickup. I will deliver as far as the twin cities, rice lake area, or lacrosse. I bought them and they were out of round. ITP sent me these brand new ones, kept the old ones, and i already had the Swampco's on by the time (1 month) ITP made things right. I can ship, but the charge from UPS/Post Office, etc. is like 85 bucks if i recall.

PM me if interested.
