Default 2008 750 CDI question

I bought a dyno cdi for my P700, but I took it out and put in the original cdi when I sold it. Now that I have a 08 750 EFI would it hurt to put that cdi in it? Would I gain anything out of it?

Your P700 wasn't EFI was it? If it wasn't I wouldn't try hooking up a CDI for a P700 to a 08 EFI Brute. I doubt anything in that older CDI was designed to work with the new EFI on the 08 Brute

It wont work, the 08 is EFI and requires a completely different cdi

Ya, I was not sure if it would work or not with it being EFI. I guess I could have left the Dynatek cdi with the p700 they would have had the aftermarket and OEM cdi. maybe I'll try selling it or something then. Thanks
