I just bought an 04 kfx700 and it makes a clunk noise from the drive shaft area at slow speeds with the paddles on while on a hard surface. I was wondering if this was normal or is there somthing wrong with the drive shaft? Maby a u-joint or somthing, I dont know how the shaft drive works on it.

Yes, that is normal in that situation. It is the backlash of transmission gears making the noise, load-no load-load, as the paddle tires are trying to roll on the hard surface.
