What is everyone's opinion on the best tire for riding in snow? The Realtors look pretty cool but I'm not sure how heavy they are. I'm looking to put the tires on a Mojave. In the past with my 250X I had a set of Carlisle Trail Pro's and the weight of those tires sucked too much power.

I have the realtors on the back of my Bayou 220 and they work pretty good. I can tell that the back end is heavier with those tires on, but they don't really suck up all that much power. I'd rather sacrifice the little power they suck up for the performance of the tire, they work good as long as the snow doesn't get to deep or to soft.

I was worried that the relators might be a heavy tire. I need to find a site that lists the weight of these tires. I weighed my stock Mojave rear tires and wheels and they 18 lbs. The 22x11-9 Carlisle Trail Pro tires I used to have were listed as weighing 20-23lbs with just tire alone!

my stock 400ex rim with tire weighs 16#, one douglas .190 with a Realter weighs 23#. The Realter is a much bigger tire and that accounts for some of the weight increase. They are sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet. Get them.

I got a set of 4 Goodyear Mudrunners on my 400 bayou they seem to work real good in snow. They recommend 400 cc and above.
